service is ok but sales no go. my 4 star rating is here because when I leased the Santa Fe Ultimate I was quoted one price but everything was added. tax, Car coverage. The no-pressure assistance from the sales staff was a relief. Everyone was so pleasant to speak to and everyone was extremely friendly. This creates a nice, relaxed atmosphere, which is wonderful since purchasing a new car is stressful. I am truly loving my new car and I am glad that we found Centennial Hyundai to use as our dealership. More

Terrible service I brought my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe in the service department on Monday, August 14, 2017, because my truck was not starting. I also addressed other pro I brought my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe in the service department on Monday, August 14, 2017, because my truck was not starting. I also addressed other problems I had been experiencing. They kept my car for 2 days telling me that they could not find anything at all wrong with my car other than I needed new tires. Mind you last year they wrote up on my service receipt that I needed a new power steering pump. One this recent visit, I informed service that my steering wheel was still whining and had just done so as I drove up. Glen the service department employee told me that they did not see any problem, and perhaps the problem had fixed it on it's own. Wow...can this be true. Glen told me to come get my car. I sent my son to pick up my car on yesterday. I am certain that the service department was not aware that my nephew was waiting in the parking lot while my son went inside. My nephew witnessed that an employee went to retrieve the car and had to boost my car to make it start. This was not relayed to my son. My son went straight to the gas station to get gas, upon returning to the car, my car failed to start. We were advised to return the car. Today I spoke to Alex the service supervisor about what my nephew witnessed about the boost, where Alex tried to tell me that the car may have needed the boost because it may have been sitting for a couple of days. He seemed to be upset with giving this smart toned remark. I did not appreciate his smart tone that he took with me not even knowing nor before him finding out why they never told my son about the problem they had starting my car before giving my son the keys. I am presently waiting on Alex to call me back as well as the general manager. I will give an update to this very poor service that I received. More
