I am a little disappointed with my sales rep. I had spoken to him when making my appointment regarding lease buy out, having VW purchase my car like you did last time e, new offers in case I dec I had spoken to him when making my appointment regarding lease buy out, having VW purchase my car like you did last time e, new offers in case I decided to purchase a new vehicle. He was totally unprepared and every question I asked he left thr table to go to 3 different offices I told him had to leave bynoon, my appointment was at 10:30, due to doctors appointment. At this time he said he couldn't get me the information because h The computer was down. I reschedule my appointment for the next Wednesday stating I wanted the information se t to me prior to that appointment. I have yet to receive the information and it is 19am on Tuesday More
