Everything went fine. I scheduled an appointment, and they gave me 0930. However, I dropped it off around 0700 due to me having work. Old tires, no work done First of all it's really interesting that they don't have any current employee names on here. Or very little, I don't know them all. They sold me m First of all it's really interesting that they don't have any current employee names on here. Or very little, I don't know them all. They sold me my 2014 Jetta with very old and cracked tires. I didn't notice because their inspection said they were good. Months later a friend informed me how dangerous they were. I spent weeks talking to VW and it was going nowhere. They just said "we can't do anything for you, the dealership might but that's nothing to do with us" when calling corporate for help. For weeks they told me they can't help with tires because they don't manufacture tires, yes that was their excuse. I had informed them I'm about to go on a cross country trip in the next week (after having spoke to them for 2 weeks at this point) so I have to get tires right away. They continued stalling. When the week was up I bought tires for myself and contacted them again. Now suddenly the story changed and they said I need to have the car inspected by them right away. They waited to tell me that until I got the tires replaced myself knowing I don't have them in my possession any longer. I have pictures and a statement from the company that changed them, but VW refuses to look at that. When I bought the car they promised me they would change the oil, air filter, and cabin air filter, at the very least. After buying it I had a friend check them and they did nothing. The cabin air filter was black with dirt and needed to be changed badly, same as the engine air filter. Why can't companies be honest these days? If they weren't going to change then then tell me that, don't lie and say you are. Again, they don't care about this and refused to even listen to me. The salesman here are some of the most pushy people. Larry told us the same story verbatim 3+ times within about 30 minutes and looked at us like we should be laughing each time. Basically he's on a script but it's really short and it shows he's just there to make sales not to help the customer. Once he has your money everything changes including his demeanor. He won't help you with anything afterwards and is like a completely different person. More

She was very attentive and thought the ser I have been a customer for 3 1/2 years and by far, Samantha has been the best service coordinator I’ve had. She was very attentive and thought the service I needed through, as I have 2 children under the age of 4. The initial reason I came into VW was for my 70k service but I also had an issue with my heater. Samantha went above and beyond to find out if the repair would be covered under warranty and determined that it would be best to get a courtesy car during the repair. She has been very accommodating throughout the time from the service until the day of the repair. I would absolutely refer anyone to Findlay and to Samantha. More

If you don't check it, guess what, its not an issue (in their eyes). Horrible customer service and disrespectful employees. Id never exspect this from a dealer, I've had better service from a mom & pop automotive shop. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking to spend extra money for problems that far exceed the original ones. More
