Vehicle brought in for service on December 23rd due to an Engine light and bad fuel economy. Waited 1.5 hours and was told there was a Technical Service Bulletin for the problem and the ECU needed to be repl Engine light and bad fuel economy. Waited 1.5 hours and was told there was a Technical Service Bulletin for the problem and the ECU needed to be replaced. They said they would order it and to bring the car back in on Thursday the 26th early am. I arrived on the 26th, they said it may take 1.5 hours to replace and reprogram. I waited 2 hours and noticed my car outside the door. Went up to the desk to ask if the work was completed. That is when they told me that the part never arrived! They then told me to wait while they gave me a loaner car. I called them on the 28th and they said they still do not have the part! To top it off we did not even get a comparable car to the one we brought in! 2013 VW Sportwagen TDI Fully Loaded with just over 10,000 miles on it, and our loaner is a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback.
