I had previously had a very negative experience with a sales person at Central and decided that I'd never buy another car there. Since my car was a lease and it was coming due, I was forced to interact wi sales person at Central and decided that I'd never buy another car there. Since my car was a lease and it was coming due, I was forced to interact with them again. This time, I was treated with great respect and a sales manager who was very willing to take the time to listen to my woeful story and promised to make this a better experience, and he delivered an experience that went way above my expectations! As opposed to 4 years ago when I left in tears because of a dishonest salesperson (who is no longer there) this time I left with a huge smile on my face!😊 I had a terrific salesman who was honest, helpful, courteous, and hard-working with a sense of humor who did not treat me like a dumb blonde. He was very respectful and pleasant, praising me for having done my homework and coming prepared. The sales manager offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse and orchestrated the entire sale from beginning to end. Likewise, the Finance manager was very pleasant and expedient. From the time I walked in until the time I drove out in a new car, only 3 hours had elapsed. Considering all of the paperwork that has to be done and background calls, vehicle prep, etc., that was amazing! Everyone knew what needed to be done, and I got their complete and undivided attention. They took care of absolutely everything and left me with no residual work to do! More

The people there are friendly and the facilities were very clean. They had a great selection of vehicles and really worked with me to make me happy. Working with Rick was a great experience.
