Requested rebuilt part due to car being older; they agreed over phone but went ahead and put in new part at much higher cost to us; GPS stolen while car was in their lot & they refused to take any resp agreed over phone but went ahead and put in new part at much higher cost to us; GPS stolen while car was in their lot & they refused to take any responsibility ... we went to this repair shop in an emergency situation and would never recommend to anyone. Between car rental, stolen GPS and repair bill a power steering pump problem cost almost $1,400. Enough said. More

I purchased my 2008 PT cruiser in August of 2008. I could not even imagine bringing my car to be serviced by anyone else who knows my car as they do. Bill the Service Advisor was wonderful and friendly when I went for my 21,000 check-up, when I asked him how long it would take approx for me to have my care back, he said in about an hour, well I got there 7:30am and was out by 8:35am, I was stunned as to the way the place was run with knowledge and efficency it was fantastic and there was no charge to me. I love my Cruiser and would never trust it to anyone but Central Ave Chrysler Jeep. I am also very impressed with the new look especially the service area and the customer waiting room....Nice work. Pretty much everything at this service department made the experience of taking my vehicle there positive. From the valet parking, making it easy to drop the car off, to the professional service consultan the experience of taking my vehicle there positive. From the valet parking, making it easy to drop the car off, to the professional service consultants, to the comfortable waiting room complete with coffee and bagels, to the service manager (sorry, can't remember his name) overseing the whole operation. Of special note was my Service Consultant, Dennis Packes, who wrote clear details about my mechanical problems and went the extra mile and researched and resolved the status of my warranty. The mechanic, Tom, seemed genuinely interested in confirming my interpretation of a 4WD problem during a road test. My review is an informed one because I am old enough to remember the 70's and the 80's, when taking your vehicle into the dealership for service, in many instances, was a horror show. At no point did my wife or I ever feel that we in a race to see who would win - us or the dealer...if you have ever bought a car from a bad dealer you know what I mean. They were upfront, honest & courteous. The sales manager, Jimmy, was very patient (how's that for a change!) in helping us put together the model with the accessories we wanted. I cannot say enough about Jessie, the sales representative; an absolute gem and a credit to the dealership. Am I happy with the car & experience? You bet. i had visited white plains jeep, and was very unsatisfied with their sales support. I called Central Ave Jeep, they made an appt with me. I was originally looking for a used car. However, the salesman, Brent with their sales support. I called Central Ave Jeep, they made an appt with me. I was originally looking for a used car. However, the salesman, Brent, was terrific. He told me about the rebates that be applied if I bt a new jeep vs a used jeep. The other dealership never mentioned the rebates to me. Therefore I ended up buying a new jeep liberty for the same price i would have bought a used jeep. Brent was extremely helpful, and very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Brent again! More

I purchased my 2011 Wrangler Sahara from Brent Addonizio about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I was shopping to get the best price for 3 days and the first price he gave me was better then the other dealers!!! He also knew so much about the Wrangler and took the time to go over the features and options with me in great detail. I also had to come back in today because I was having a hard time putting on the soft top and instead of Brent just telling me to go to the service department, he took the time out of his day for me and showed me himself step by step how to install the top! Overall Brent was an outstanding Sales person and very professional, I couldn't be more pleased!!! More
