i saw a car on this website and called the dealer they were very rude, when i told them the price of the car i saw online(5995.00) they laughed at me over the phone and said the price of the car was 8995. were very rude, when i told them the price of the car i saw online(5995.00) they laughed at me over the phone and said the price of the car was 8995.00 i told them i have the print out of the car they said they had to talk to their manager. they called me back and told me the was 8995.00 and it was sold but if i wanted to put a down payment on the car i could. this went on for 3 days. i was called and given another price over the phone of 10000.00 for the same car. so i went to someone really high up and emailed him. i never heard anything from him. instead i got another call telling me the car was gone. the other people who were waiting for the bank got the car. well if that so then why was this car put back on dealerrater.com and cars.com for sale? so i am warning you these people will lie to you in anyway they see fit. if they don't want to deal with you because your a "problem" they will just tell you the car is sold. i don't know why they have such good reviews. maybe they wrote them themselves. i read everything on the post and i didn't say anything about any money down. and they said they didn't know who or why this add was put on dealerrater but they didn't know what to tell me. they didn't take it off this website for 3 days until i wrote the person who was really high up. not 5 mins after i wrote him the ad was taken off. very shady people. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!! More

I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in April 2012 and I loved it. After driving it for a while I realized that I needed more room for my daughters things(ie: strollers). I'm not one to take the whole house but the trunk couldn't accommodate two strollers and groceries. I went back to Central Avenue Jeep and inquired about the Dodge Durango. The truck was definitely bigger with a whole lot of trunk space when the third row was down. I didn't want the mini-van. The men at Central Avenue Jeep Chrysler and Dodge totally took care of me and financially put me into a truck that worked for me and my little girl. Brian made a commitment that the car would be delivered to my satisfaction, and he definitely met his commitment. I was genuinely impressed with the condition of the car when I came back to finalize the purchase. Brian had all the paperwork ready for the sales process when I arrived, so I was very quickly on my way in my "new" used car. More

Brought vehicle in multiple times for recalls. Gave them all the recall info up front so they knew what needed to be done. Dropped the car off... it was not ready when they said it would be. Eventually went to pick it up and was told I had to bring it back because they needed to order parts for one of the recalls. I wish they told me that up front because now I had to bring the vehicle in AGAIN, wasting my time. Also, had taken taxis home multiple times until I learned they had a drop off service. I asked them to drop me off at home one time and was told they were short staffed and could not do it. What a surprise. I had additional similar experiences of them wasting my time, but you get the point. I would never buy a new vehicle from this place knowing in advance how their service is. More
