I recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from - sallybags

I recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Central Avenue Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I absolutely love the vehicle and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Ingenito, who was terrific throughout the entire process. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and extremely helpful. He made the leasing process easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with someone who provides great customer service without making you feel pressured or rushed. Jim made the entire experience enjoyable, and I left the dealership feeling very satisfied with both the deal and the service I received. I highly recommend Jim Ingenito and Central Avenue Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. If you’re looking for a Jeep and want to be treated well, ask for Jim. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I want to thank Dean Vardakis, Service Advisor, for his exceptional service. He made me feel completely comfortable knowing that my Jeep was in good hands and would be returned in excellent condition. His professionalism, knowledge, respect, and care are exactly what customer service needs, and Stellantis should consider having him train other service advisors. I left there feeling like my cousin works at Garden City Jeep.🙂

I purchased a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee from Teterboro Jeep - steveohbrown

I purchased a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee from Teterboro Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After initially walking away from the deal, Sales Manager Tyler contacted me and discussed specific terms over the phone. However, when I returned to the dealership, the offer had changed. This was frustrating and made the purchasing process much more stressful than expected. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, my family experienced a serious issue when the Jeep failed to accelerate properly and became stuck in first gear at approximately 540 miles. This created a significant safety concern while driving and resulted in an unexpected service visit for a brand-new vehicle. I also want to note that after the purchase, my wife attempted to contact our salesperson, Zuly, regarding concerns about the vehicle. Unfortunately, our calls were not returned, leaving us feeling unsupported during an already difficult situation. I do appreciate the efforts of the service department staff. This is the second Jeep our family has owned, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I am simply sharing what happened to my family. I believe businesses should value and support loyal customers, especially when serious concerns arise shortly after the purchase of a new vehicle. I hope that our experience encourages improvements in communication, customer service, and follow-up care for future customers.

Left my Jeep flooded and refused to fix it. - eskravitz

Left my Jeep flooded and refused to fix it. I have bought two vehicles from Croton Auto Park over the past decade, but my trust is completely broken. I left my Jeep Wrangler with their service department for two weeks for an approved paint repair. When I went to pick it up, I discovered they never even ordered the parts to do the work. Worse, they negligently left my vehicle cabin open or unsealed during a severe storm. The interior was flooded with 3 inches of standing water. While they used a shop vac to clear the puddles, the carpets, insulation, and floor electronics are still completely drenched. When I confronted management, they refused to take responsibility or properly dry out the interior to prevent mold and electrical damage, calling it an "Act of God." I have filed formal complaints with Stellantis the NY DMV. Avoid this dealership. They do not care about loyal customers or protecting your property.
