The vehicle was delivered on time, in perfect condition with no excuses necessary. At no point did my wife or I ever feel that we in a race to see who would win - us or the dealer...if you have ever bought a car from a bad dealer you know what I mean. They were upfront, honest & courteous. The sales manager, Jimmy, was very patient (how's that for a change!) in helping us put together the model with the accessories we wanted. I cannot say enough about Jessie, the sales representative; an absolute gem and a credit to the dealership. Am I happy with the car & experience? You bet. Will I recommend Central Avenue Jeep to a friend? I already have. Great Job! More
i had visited white plains jeep, and was very unsatisfied with their sales support. I called Central Ave Jeep, they made an appt with me. I was originally looking for a used car. However, the salesman, Brent with their sales support. I called Central Ave Jeep, they made an appt with me. I was originally looking for a used car. However, the salesman, Brent, was terrific. He told me about the rebates that be applied if I bt a new jeep vs a used jeep. The other dealership never mentioned the rebates to me. Therefore I ended up buying a new jeep liberty for the same price i would have bought a used jeep. Brent was extremely helpful, and very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Brent again! More
I purchased my 2011 Wrangler Sahara from Brent Addonizio about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I was shopping to get the best price for 3 days and the first price he gave me was better then the other dealers!!! He also knew so much about the Wrangler and took the time to go over the features and options with me in great detail. I also had to come back in today because I was having a hard time putting on the soft top and instead of Brent just telling me to go to the service department, he took the time out of his day for me and showed me himself step by step how to install the top! Overall Brent was an outstanding Sales person and very professional, I couldn't be more pleased!!! More

When I first met Bill DiGiacomo (Service Advisor) he took the time and effort to make sure that my jeep was serviced and allow me to go to my brothers wedding in Va. feeling safe and secure with the performance of my jeep. Because of the quality of service at Central Ave.Jeep I recently purchase my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee from there and I'm very pleased with the sale and services that was provided to me. More
I have been a customer of Bill DiGiacomo's for almost 15 years. I trust him and I value his input when it comes to the upkeep of my vehicle. Bill has serviced our last three (3) Durangos and I can't even think of taking my vehicle to someone else!! The quality of work that comes out of the shop is excellent; pricy but you get what you pay for. I never second guess the workmanship regardless if it's just an oil change or a complete set of brakes. If something is "recommended" by Bill then I know it needs to be addressed. I trust him completely. Overall it would be an understatement to say "I would follow Bill anywhere". He's an asset to any Chrysler Dealership due to his ability to make the customer feel like they are the "only" one he has!! I truely think that if it weren't for the trust we have for him, we probably would NOT be investing in a new Chrysler vehicle very soon. More
