My 2015 Cherokee had a problem starting. The team (especially Marco) was very helpful. They held on to the car an extra night with my permission to make sure that when it was lying dormant it started (especially Marco) was very helpful. Now Mr. Johansson has been blowing up my phone to work out a deal sorry buddy you suck as a sales men. Stay away from this dude!!!!!!! More

There service department at this dealership does not understand what true customer service is. When called they do not answer the phone; all calls get sent to voicemail and are never returned. On the occasion when I was able to get through, they stated we will get back to you, but will not call you back. Not even the service manager has the courtesy to return calls. They refused to fix a warrantied item on my Jeep, I had to deal directly with the manufactured in order to have my Jeep fixed. They are not trustworthy so do not bother dealing with this dealership.
