Got the issue resolved. I visited the service department for an oil change and mentioned start/stop feature did not work after a day after having it serviced. Shawn asked for details and took it upon himself to schedule another visit to have the issue resolved. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and the process to find the issue would take more than a day with a Chrysler technician. On the Friday afternoon, it was found to be a sensor issue. I am grateful for the Service department for fixing the issue this time. I am glad Shawn offered to schedule another visit and assuring me that it would fixed. Thank you. More
Great service I dropped my car off on Sat- at least ahead of the time scheduled by a week or more. Only because I'm at least 45 minutes away from the Dealer. Because of the traffic I wanted to get my car there so when they had an opening they could do it. They had it ready on the following Monday and I was in Braintree ,Ma when they called me at 2:30pm so I said I'd be there a little after 3pm and it worked out great. This Dealer is the Best. I am so glad I bought my car from them. I just wish my salesman was still there because he was so nice and did a great job. I got the 2nd car I wanted. the first car I wanted was $10,000.00 more so I settled for my second choice-which I'm so happy with!!! More
Last minute change! I arrived at the dealership to have my scheduled service. I explained that I was on a tight schedule as I had an emergency appointment for a sudden de I arrived at the dealership to have my scheduled service. I explained that I was on a tight schedule as I had an emergency appointment for a sudden dental problem. The service tech asked a service dept. manager if I would be able to complete the service in time to go to my dental appointment. She said that it was unlikely. The advisor graciously cancelled my present appointment and set me up for a new one the next day. I came in for service the next day and was in and out in a shorter than anticipated time. Thanks service dept. for a great experience. More

Worst experience EVER BUYER BEWARE I think this dealership needs a lesson in customer service. I will never step foot in there EVER. They are full of lies and broken promises. Management is more concerned with profits and it definitely shows. After you sign paperwork you can expect to wait upwards of 3 hours. Both my brother & I purchased car within days of each other. STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE Don't trust the canned reply responses. They are to save face for the dealership. So much more to this story, however this is not the platform to share.
