I was contacted by the service center because they did not fix a tire pressure gage problem that keeps on popping Second review for the same problem. I was contacted by the service center because they did not fix a tire pressure gage problem that keeps on popping up and sending annoying email service requests. I brought the car back in and showed them the warnings and a picture of the alert. They kept the car overnight and the next day I was told that because they couldn't reproduce it, they would not fix it because it would cost more to send the part back to the manufacturer. The worst part was when the employee told me that "we ask a lot of these cars in Massachusetts with the cold winters and hot summers, so things like this are bound to happen." What I find ridiculous is that this is probably the main selling point of Jeeps! They're marketed as vehicles that can take on the elements...Now I have even worse of an opinion of this service center AND the problem is still not fixed. I will continue to try to ignore repeated false tire pressure warnings and "Action Needed" emails. More

Recall and Brakes done as advertised I was given great service at Central Jeep in Norwood. They did the recall no charge as expected, and they told me I only needed rear brakes whih was I was given great service at Central Jeep in Norwood. They did the recall no charge as expected, and they told me I only needed rear brakes whih was welcome news. Work was done with no problems afterwards. My only riticism (and the reason for 4 vs 5 stars) is that I had an appointment for 7;30 AM on a Friday, and at 1:00 I called to get status and they hadn't even brought it into the service bay yet. I could have slept later on my day off and brought the Wrangler in at noon if they weren't going to look at it until after lunch. More
