Friendly & Easy Process! I've leased Nissan's for years. When it came time to turn my Nissan in, their team were really hard to deal with. I happened to drive by Jeep in Norwood and just popped in to see what was available - it was during a snow storm so the cars were all out back put away. Tony O was the sales rep that offered to help me and he went out of his way from the second I walked in the door. He took us out back to find a few versions of the Cherokee I was looking at, in the middle of the storm! He listened to me and understand what I was looking for with price and features and did everything he could to get me into a vehicle that I was happy with and within my budget. The process was super easy and very quick. I picked up my new Jeep this morning and again, a super quick pick up process.
