Took them a week to even look at my car and said diagnosed as two dead batteries 400 dollars each battery plus diagnostic 1100 and change. I will never go back to them my van was towed in on a Satur diagnosed as two dead batteries 400 dollars each battery plus diagnostic 1100 and change. I will never go back to them my van was towed in on a Saturday night so I was expecting them to get to it till Monday or Tuesday but even got a text saying that I had an appointment on Friday nope not till the following Monday. Made an appointment for 7:30 am for oil change and tire rotation, thinking first one in the door and hopefully it would be quick. Waited in waiting room for 2 hours for them to complete the job.
