In and out I came in with the difficulty of trading two vehicles and buying one. I found the Jeep I wanted online, drove it, Central accessed my two vehicles and after 3 back and forth's we agreed on a payment. I was able to leave and come back to pickup my new Jeep that day (it was a weekday so the registry is open). Start to pickup was about 5 hrs, but only 3 of it was spent on the actual buying process, which I don't consider bad considering I was spending ~$50k and those decisions should take as long as necessary :). More

Friendly People, Unintimidating I went in to Central by myself to purchase a new car. Completed the work requested Central Jeep did the work I requested in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about that. However, my inspection sticker is up for renewal this mon Central Jeep did the work I requested in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about that. However, my inspection sticker is up for renewal this month, but my wife, who took the car in for me, forgot to mention it to the service department. It would have been nice if Central would have noticed that and offered to do the inspection while the car was there. While ultimately it was my fault for not mentioning the sticker, a dealership that goes over and above would have taken the initiative to do the work. That said, Central does what is asked, but nothing more. I am being asked in this survey to name the people who worked on the car, but I don't know who it was since it was my wife who was there. More
