Disappointing and Frustrationg I had a 1PM scheduled appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance over the telephone. When I checked in at 12:45PM, they had no record of my app I had a 1PM scheduled appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance over the telephone. When I checked in at 12:45PM, they had no record of my appointment. Despite that, they indicated they could do my service which was to take 1 hour. My car was not even moved from the service bay for 55 minutes. The service took over 2 hours rather than the 1 hour I was promised. My time is valuable and I expect the service I was promised and that includes waiting time. More

No information for fuel pump fix We were given no information as to the nature of the problem and the length of time it may take to complete any work. Even upon pickup the extent of We were given no information as to the nature of the problem and the length of time it may take to complete any work. Even upon pickup the extent of the explanation was "You're all set." We dropped the car on Monday and called back Tuesday to ask for an update. We call them again Tuesday to try and get an update. The work was finally completed Wednesday and was just a fuel pump. Although they also fixed the recall notice, they did not say they would or would not "get to it". Thankfully it was all covered under warranty. More

Exceptional Service Every Time I did not purchase my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Central, but started going to them for service when I moved to the area in 2015. I always feel like they I did not purchase my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Central, but started going to them for service when I moved to the area in 2015. I always feel like they are going above and beyond for me and my experience with them last week was no difference. My "check engine" light came on (which never happens on a day that is convenient) and it was pouring rain. I stopped by the dealership and not only did they do a diagnosis, they fixed my vehicle and I had it back by the end of the day. Shawn was especially helpful and made sure I knew what to expect. He took what could've been a stressful situation and made it bearable!!! Everyone in the service area is very friendly and seems to truly enjoy what they do. I watch them interact and they treat each other with a lot of respect. Its a very busy service area and yet they always put the customer first. I'll definitely keep taking my Jeep there and plan to buy my next vehicle from them. Thanks again! More
