Bad serice and bad attitudes Purchased my Jeep in Jan and in May the screen for the radio & back-up camera stopped working and went black. Brought it in and it was rebooted and be Purchased my Jeep in Jan and in May the screen for the radio & back-up camera stopped working and went black. Brought it in and it was rebooted and began working again. About 2 months later the back-up camera stopped working again. I called to schedule a service apt and was told it would be 2 weeks out- I asked if I could go to another dealer because I didn't want to wait so long. I was told that they preferred that I bring the car back to them because they had initially looked at it. I mentioned that I didn't really want to wait that long and the woman on the phone said, "why? just because you can't use your back-up camera?!" I explained that wasn't the point- it was that I had brought it in before and the problem was still not fully fixed. Although, I did make the appointment and when I went in to drop off the car 2 weeks later, I was not in the system and my appointment had not been made. I had the confirmation email and they took my car right away and provided me with a loaner. I asked for a status call later in the day so that I could plan on if I had to come back and just know what was going on. After not hearing anything all day, I called and asked if I could have a status update and was told, "oh, the car hasn't even been looked at." I went back and just decided to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. Even when I went in to pick up my car, there was no concern or questions as to why I would be picking it up after receiving no service. They asked if "I was told the car was ready for pick-up?" and I said, "No, I was told the car wasn't even looked at and I want to pick it up." No one cared why or if I had issues considering I was leaving without work being done. While the service department at this facility is awful, I would like to mentioned that the original person that I originally worked with when I purchased my car, Mijie Andrade, was AWESOME. More
