Good place I've been coming here with the three different Jeep's for six years. I would say that the experience keeps improving and getting better. I unfortuna I've been coming here with the three different Jeep's for six years. I would say that the experience keeps improving and getting better. I unfortunately leased a lemon (that hand nothing to do with the dealership) a few years back and they really took care of me under the circumstances. There was also a little issue when I returned the lease and they forgot to return it to the leasing company for a month, but in the end this didn't end up being an issue and they took care of it. Waste of time! Horrible experience and they feel like your time is useless. Every time i make appointment, arrange a ride, get back to work, then they call and say d Horrible experience and they feel like your time is useless. You think there would be someone in charge of physically checking to make sure parts are there to do job. I have construction bussiness and always have to do it. Horribly run service dept. this has happen many times here. Only reason i went back was that it was a recall. I would never voluntarilly bring my vehicle there ever for any reason unless i wanted to waste my time!! More
