Shaun, the Service Representative, was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He called to inform me about the work that needed to be done, and that the warranties covered the repairs. Thank goodness! The GPS/radio alone would have cost me $800.00. My experiences from leasing my Jeep to service has been problem free. I will be looking to do business with this dealership with my next vehicle. More

As long as the service and technicians that work on my SUV are to my standards I will continue to bring my SUB to the dealership where it’s been purchased. More

IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE >DO NOT PURCHASE HERE< Salesman was great "Mark Weisman". No issues. Initial finance manager also very easy to get along with. How ever, the dealership did not provide me with the correct forms to register my car in my home state of Maine. Follow up with George in finance department not impressive. Provided most of the correct forms needed by the state of Maine, but still not all of them. Missed the initial manufactures title. Paperwork "overnighted" from dealership took 4 days to get to my door. I have had my vehicle for a week now and I am unable to drive it. So therefore, I do not recommend this dealership if you are purchasing from out of state. Two 4 hour round trips to the dealership, multiple phone calls and issue is still not fully resolved. Mark was the highlight of my experience....not so much in the finance department. I would rate my customer service and quality of service form the finance department as 1 STAR at the most. Vehicle was a FIAT 124 Spider....Not selectable on the drop down screen. Sergio Marchionne would be embarrassed about this review and hold people accountable.
