Great Service for a Loyal Customer I had some problems with my car and brought it to Central. I was having trouble getting it looked at.and had to rent a car. until my car was fixed. I I had some problems with my car and brought it to Central. I was having trouble getting it looked at.and had to rent a car. until my car was fixed. I spoke with the General Manager and he not only had my car serviced immediately (it just needed a battery) but also waived the rental and service fees.They came through in a big way. I have always believed in the Central Auto Team. I have purchased three cars from Central and I will buy my next car from them, as well. Go Central Auto Team! Rosemary More

Too much business & not enough capacity? Leadtime to schedule an oil change & tire rotation was 2 weeks? I learned on my last visit that waiting for the job to be done is not smart as I sa Leadtime to schedule an oil change & tire rotation was 2 weeks? I learned on my last visit that waiting for the job to be done is not smart as I sat there for 2 1/2 hours. This time I dropped the car off @ 7am and asked that it be ready by noon. At 11:30 I received a call that it was not going to be ready at noon, because of a parts delay on an open recall. Finally, at 1pm, my car was ready. I get the distinct feeling that the dealership's service department is simply overwhelmed with business and does not have the capacity to handle it all.
