Awesome Customer Service @ Central, Norwood Shawn was easy to work with at Central JEEP. I was at service center as I had a recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I walked in to get my car fixed and Shawn was easy to work with at Central JEEP. I was at service center as I had a recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I walked in to get my car fixed and Shawn just got it done less than an hour. Check - Up I bought a 2002 Sebring and wanted it checked over. Lisa said they would do a used car check up as if they were taking it in. Waited at the Jeep Gri I bought a 2002 Sebring and wanted it checked over. Lisa said they would do a used car check up as if they were taking it in. Waited at the Jeep Grill (good food) and soon Lisa appeared to tell me all I needed was a new battery. It took another 45 min. and I was on my way. Car came back clean. Lisa was great answering a few questions I had. I’ll be back. More

I went in Lisa was working did my intake file and when the car was ready she called. When i got to the dealership Lisa went over everything brought me to the window to pay and then walked me out to the car. Lisa is a keeper and represent Central Motors in a very positive light. Warranty service repair - 2014 Fiat 500L engine starter Had to have vehicle towed in with no start condition.
