Very poor service for my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK. Service tech went to lunch during my brake inspection and was told I could wait an hour for him to come back if I wanted the work done today, first o Service tech went to lunch during my brake inspection and was told I could wait an hour for him to come back if I wanted the work done today, first of all they charge you 190 an hour just to look at the brakes, which will be reimbursed if you go through with the work, but how do you say wait an hour for the tech to come back from lunch? They tried to charge me $800 for front brakes and rotors at service desk and was told that all were in stock. I walked over to parts department in same dealer and they stated 700 for these same parts not 50 feet away from eachother and that the pads were not even in stock so what were they planning on putting on my car? I was told I could receive a discount off of the 1200 and change bill to 1100. This is Jeep certified service there should be better and straight forward pricing. Overall this place is a mess I would never recommend anyone to come to Central Dodge Jeep Ram. I have had many great experiences at several other dealers. More
