Central Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fiat of Norwood - Service Center

My experience was awful. Initially brought my car in because part of red tail light was out, they ordered the part. I came back to have new tail light installed after having my car for nearly 6 hours ( because part of red tail light was out, they ordered the part. I came back to have new tail light installed after having my car for nearly 6 hours ( mind you I dropped car off night before.. for early AM appt) they call and tell me tail light that came from supply chain was broken in box. They will order new part. Two and half weeks later they called new tail light is in again we drop car off in PM for early AM appt. I called the parts dept to check that it is in fact a new tail light. Oh , yes. Oh, No they call me again and this new taillight is broken as well. I have completely lost confidence in this dealership and I will be taking my car to independent mechanic. More
