Can't buy a truck even with a check around my neck Frustrated at the dysfunction .... I had a no finance, pay in full ability and I had to chase the dealer. To be fair, the salesman told me "he wasn't the typical salesman" and the salesman did appear to be putting in effort to find the truck that I wanted. I'm not one of those instant gratification generation millenniums, my frustration stems from the time over the course of 4 days where there were all sorts of bate and switch games of "we can get this truck" only to have "now its gone" only a few hours later. When questioning the process, I was told to go buy a Ford or Chevy. Whereas this dealer does seem to have lower prices, do yourself a favor to avoid self induced stress, forget about coming in +/- 5 days of the end of the month. I was told it has something to do with having different deals/month. Apparently the deal I arranged some 4 days before the end of the month would be invalidated at the start of the new month. Buying a truck isn't just buying a truck at this dealer. I Guess I should have reached out to Gary Rose, or Mike Galusksi, according to the (only) 3 reviews. Went to Quirk in Marshfield (which has 9 pages of reviews) and drove my new truck off the lot for $230 more than Central had worked out but did the entire deal (TTT) in 21 hours. Money well spent. I wanted a newer car with more technology but I didn’t think I was eligible. My salesman Gary Rose discussed the benefits of leasing and while I was highly skeptical, he ensured me every step of the way. No matter how many questions I asked he answered them for me. I initially was interested in leasing a Chrysler 200 because I thought it would be affordable (even though I didn’t love the look of it), but Gary showed me a bright red 300 that I fell in love with. While I didn’t think it was possible for me to get it, he made it happen. He made sure to get me every discount I was eligible for in order to get the car within my budget, and he allowed me to make sure I didn’t settle when purchasing my vehicle. I made sure to get all the bells and whistles instead of just settling on a car that didn’t really have all the features I wanted. I was very particular about what I wanted and what I liked and he made sure to provide me with multiple options until we found the car I loved. The process was extremely fast and effortless on my end which made the entire experience so much better. There is nothing worse than sitting at a dealership for an entire day. The longest wait in getting my vehicle had to do with my insurance company being slow with sending my paperwork. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the salesmen’s genuine desire to get me what I truly wanted at a price I could afford and for being so thorough in answering all of my questions. More

My wife and I had very pleasant dealings with both the salesman and the employee that set up our financing. Although the vehicle was not a brand sold new by the dealership, the salesman was able to answer most of our questions about the vehicle. Also, the dealership was able to purchase and replace an aesthetic trim piece for us as part of the sale. My wife and I appreciated this small but meaningful concession. Overall it was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More

Great new car buying experience I hate car salesmen as a general rule. The aggressive "buy now" attitude coupled with the fact that many dealers are condescending towards women usual I hate car salesmen as a general rule. The aggressive "buy now" attitude coupled with the fact that many dealers are condescending towards women usually makes the whole car buying experience akin to a trip to the dentist. However, I was blown away by every dealer I came in to contact with here. We really shopped around before making our purchase, so it took several trips to the dealer before we finally drove off the lot with our new Jeep. Each time we entered, someone approached us and asked if we needed anything. Even when we said we were there to see a specific dealer, the next question was always "can I get you something to drink while you wait" much like you would offer a guest in your home. A small gesture, but one that makes you feel less like a "potential sale" and more like an individual. I was looking at purchasing a Wrangler though I had never owned one previously. It became very clear that both Adam and Mike wanted to be sure that whatever car I got I was happy with. I was told since a Wrangler rides very differently from really any other vehicle on the market, I should make sure that my test drive was long enough to include city, highway, and back road driving so I could really get a feel for how it would handle. Mike took the time to sit into the vehicle and explain EVERYTHING. It was very clear that he knew the vehicle inside and out and was more than capable of not only answering any questions that I had at that moment, but even anticipating questions that came up long after the test drive. I have had my car for almost a week now, and there isn't one part of the vehicle that I don't feel I know just from that initial test drive. When it came to financing the car, Adam and Mike worked to make sure we got the best deal available. The entire experience was great from start to finish and we are extremely satisfied with both the vehicle and the dealership. More
