Brain (advisor) took care of my RAV4 in and beyond a professional manner and I really appreciate his great help. I was out of state and in the shop with a nail in the front tire. Given I didn’t have an appointment and have a young kid with me, Brain helped me out to get tire replaced very quickly. Also, a shoutout to Ray who is the tire specialist helped me to diagnose the tires and ordered a comparable one for me. This dealership does not want its customers to wait any longer than they need to receive the exceptional care they deserve. My service advisor, Brian McDaid, did what most salespeople don’t: he underpromised and overdelivered! Brian McDaid superceeded my expectations. My car was finished on time. The entire service team, as cordial as could be, and experienced technicians confirmed that all details were correct. Being transparent and straightforward, with kindness, is important in life, and Central Toyota City's employees get it. The showroom is clean and well-lit. In the spacious waiting area, there are charging stations aplenty for your electronic devices and complimentary Wi-Fi. The check-out experience was seamless, with a front desk staff member who created an intuitive, smooth, and positive experience, was polite, and left a great impression before exit. The dealership has devised the ease of usability of its website. Its mobile responsiveness makes it easily accessible for customers, with quick loading times, text conversations and reminders, links for your appointment, as well as others for YouTube videos for what to expect from a dealership that clearly emphasizes the overall experience, readily available, a website design for effortless usability and clear visuals, as well as quick loading times.
