I have been a Central City Toyota customer since 1994 and have only had great experiences from the sales department to the service department to cashiers. I had chance to deal with Calvin Jones to buy Toyota Sienna under Used Car and do a trade in of my old Camry. I really enjoyed the deal I got from Calvin with coordination with Chris (supervisor). The service people greet me pleasantly, check the records to see what kind of service is due, and always ask if there's anything that needs to be checked. I recently moved further away from Central City which adds a 1/2 hour drive to Central City Toyota. When I informed them via email of my new location, they immediately reminded me that they provide free pick up and delivery service which I recently took advantage of. The called me before arriving and alerted me of their being on their way to deliver the car. I really appreciate their conscientiousness and keeping on top of my car's service needs. More

I must say that I was very nervous and hesitant about interacting with pushy, fast talking, scheming auto sales person because that was my last experience. I had called, emailed and visited many other dealerships and the dealership before Central City Toyota confirmed my car sales persons nightmare. I was talked down to, dismissed and disrespected. I took a chance with Central City and sent an email to them and someone quickly got back to me. Positive start. I called and set an appointment and the call was pleasant as well. I was greeted by the head of sales who directed me to Tim Woodard my sales associate who let me do most of the talking and listen to my needs and wants. Tim was very knowledgeable and will to assist. He showed me a few vehicles with in my price range and interest and I was able to give them a test drive which was great. Still no pressure. When I made my final choice he sat down with my husband and I and worked thing out. Tim made me feel like a respected person and treated me as such. Great experience!
