Disappointing I brought my vehicle in for manufacturers warranty work and extended warranty work before a long trip. I not your service advisor had to communicate w I brought my vehicle in for manufacturers warranty work and extended warranty work before a long trip. I not your service advisor had to communicate with my after market warranty company because he stated “I don’t have time for this, I have other clients” and he was increasingly agitated yet kept saying “I got you bro”. My conversation with the warranty company revealed that your service advisor kept requesting the wrong part be repaired and they kept denying the claim until I basically gave him a script to follow with the proper part name. I asked to have shaking checked between the speeds of 65mph and 80mph and was told nothing was wrong yet it continued after your service department returned it so I went to discount tire and had a Road Force balance done correcting the issue. I picked up my vehicle and while on the highway I noticed the trim piece that was replaced flapping and found it was improperly installed with the rubber edging tucked under not over allowing wind to catch and dislodge the piece. My antennae was ripped off in your car wash and replaced with a cheap one. On top of everything your sales department keeps calling after repeatedly being asked to stop. This is also the 3rd time I’ve brought my vehicle in for the same reason being told it was just a software update. More
