Andy Savas was very professional in handling my Charger's service and coordinating my care while waiting. He also ensured I was helped when he had to leave. All of the service advisors were very knowledgeable and attentive to my service needs. I truly appreciate your service department. Also the manager is excellent. I would also like to thank the manager Anthony Bazzocco who was extremely helpful in the last few service appointments I had, for both my Jeep and my Charger. They: - Switched the car that I test drove for one with less trim all to put me in a vehicle that I was going to buy anyway. The dishonesty was staggering. - They said they would give me $11,500 for my t less trim all to put me in a vehicle that I was going to buy anyway. The dishonesty was staggering. - They said they would give me $11,500 for my trade in, the paperwork said $10,500. Why? - They switched me from a purchase to a lease without my consent or telling me. They had me just about signing papers as I was discovering this. This is why I walked away the first time. What is wrong with these guys? Why? I'm a buyer. I have the money I have. What's with the dishonesty? There's no reason for it other than some quota from the company. But why? Greed? Money? Fancy cars? I think it's behavior like this that will only bring our country down. Truly. Hyperbole? No. Truth. Look at how we treat each other. I have money. I was buying a car and yet they were still being dishonest. Wild times. I called them on their s8*&. No worries. I'm fine with my Jeep. It was the lying that was so stupid. More

The truck was misrepresented in the ad ad it stated it had remote start which it did not. When I got there they added a $1900 “protection plan” and a $1300 “reconditioning” fee which is items they did get had remote start which it did not. All in all, a total of over $6000 in fluff. More
