I had went in to fix AC was told it would be fixed in a few days. I paid $1,700 for it to still not work. In addition the guys that worked on car stained my carpets which I was told by Bob he would have th few days. I paid $1,700 for it to still not work. In addition the guys that worked on car stained my carpets which I was told by Bob he would have them clean it and that did not happen I even took pictures of it because it was really bad. I had to reschedule for them to check AC again and they wanted me to pay additional to have it”fixed” I declined because with the first payment I was told it was fixed so I was not going to trust again taking out of my savings for uncertainty. It’s very disappointing going in to fix my AC and charging so much for it to not work and having the audacity to ask me for more money that’s unfair. I will not be returning to have any service done by them which is sad because it was with them I had bought my car. More

Spent a ton of money in repairs for my car and I am having issues. First, I can’t get a hold of my rep to help me and when I do (went for an oil change and he was there), my concerns are discredited li having issues.
