I was brought in on time for my scheduled appt. Bob informed me that there were no parts in place for the current recall and that someone would reach out when available. My Service Advisor Bob Parr had me in his office in no time. From there he took care of all my car service needs explaining everything precisely. While waiting in the customer waiting area, which by the way is so clean and welcoming, Bob advised me of each step they were taking to service my vehicle needs. On top of all this, when Bob found out my vehicle would not be ready on the day I was there, he immediately secured a rental for me at no cost. I have never been to an automobile dealer service center so professionally run as this one. My rating is a 10 out of 10.
