My Gladiator would not turn on so I called and spoke to

He came through and was able to get my new battery replaced on a non service day. His efforts were much appreciated!

I was told that he would speak to the manager the following day and let me know along with sending me an invoice. I heard nothing for a week when I called and asked for the resolution.

I pulled in and everyone was so friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing...no waiting. My Service Advisor Bob Parr had me in his office in no time. From there he took care of all my car service needs explaining everything precisely. While waiting in the customer waiting area, which by the way is so clean and welcoming, Bob advised me of each step they were taking to service my vehicle needs. On top of all this, when Bob found out my vehicle would not be ready on the day I was there, he immediately secured a rental for me at no cost. I have never been to an automobile dealer service center so professionally run as this one. My rating is a 10 out of 10. Thank you Central Florida Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, thank you service department, and especially thank you Bob Parr, Service Advisor.
