My Gladiator would not turn on so I called and spoke to Robert Parr, he guided me to call roadside assistance and although it was a Sunday, he told me he would do his best to have my jeep checked because Robert Parr, he guided me to call roadside assistance and although it was a Sunday, he told me he would do his best to have my jeep checked because it seemed it was a dead battery issue. My Service Advisor Bob Parr had me in his office in no time. From there he took care of all my car service needs explaining everything precisely. While waiting in the customer waiting area, which by the way is so clean and welcoming, Bob advised me of each step they were taking to service my vehicle needs. On top of all this, when Bob found out my vehicle would not be ready on the day I was there, he immediately secured a rental for me at no cost. I have never been to an automobile dealer service center so professionally run as this one. My rating is a 10 out of 10.
