The car price numbers went up about 3 thousand dollars and according to the company they bought my trade-in at a better price but it was like a scam. Also the finance manager told me that I would receive and according to the company they bought my trade-in at a better price but it was like a scam. Also the finance manager told me that I would receive my first payment in 2 months to convince me to buy a gap and a guarantee and when I returned the man who had me sign the papers told me that this was not possible because it was a cooperative that was taking my credit and that the most they expect in the first payment is 45 days. I also only received one key to the vehicle, I asked them to try to contact the former owner to see if I could provide an extra key and they have not said anything and I asked them if they could help me with a discount so I could purchase the key from them and they did not reply. The car feels good , but I feel I was charged many thousands of dollars more , I feel it was not so professions and transparent about it . More

Brought truck in for oil change and family advantage maintenance work. Had my truck for 27 hours and not one advantage item was done. Was assured truck would be cleaned and all taken care of. Truck didn maintenance work. Had my truck for 27 hours and not one advantage item was done. Was assured truck would be cleaned and all taken care of. Truck didn’t even get washed, no air in tires, not even a vacuum. I have 2 vehicles from this store and this happens every time. Worst customer service and all the hype for you to buy with advantage plan and can’t even get the items completed. I’ll take my business elsewhere after lease is over. More
