He understands the concepts of effective listening, empathy, creating a fantastic experience and as a redoing I felt he really cared I will always recommend him. Also, Eldar went above and beyond to make certain I was happy and the deal worked he never made me feel uncomfortable about the money aspect. He explained everything very clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was fantastic. One more thing Eldar did not give up and was solutions driven.
