Horrible service - I was told that it was gonna take an hour and it took three hours for an oil change. I have gone to this dealership for over 10 years now and this will probably be the last time. Guess w hour and it took three hours for an oil change. I have gone to this dealership for over 10 years now and this will probably be the last time. Guess what I have been my 50,000 mile check up and I wasn’t offered any of the services that should have been included with my warranty and not to be trivial but I was also not offered a complimentary car wash like I had in the past. I wasn’t even called when my car was ready I had to call the dealership myself. I wasn’t even called when my car was ready I had to call the dealership myself and was told oh yes it’s ready you can come pick it up anytime you want. I will probably not buy another jeep from this dealership. Please work on your customer service More
