$3995 was an imposed charge for extras that needed to be added to the price. From anti-theft etching, to wheel locks to cup guards, the sales man stated "All these items are already on the vehicle so this added to the price. First off, that is deceptive advertisement. If $3995 for the 'Family Advantage' plan is obligatory, just add it to the price. Although the sales person did the back and fourth with me and said they would 'help me out' with the $3995 'Family Advantage Plan', when I got the car, nothing was on it from the plan. No etching, no wheel locks, no cup guard, nada...zilch. After reviewing all the paperwork from a dry and unfriendly finance person, I ended up paying $1500 (The reduced fee of 'Family Advantage Plan) for 2 free oil changes. To anyone who is reading this, DO NOT let yourself be muscled in to the "Family Advantage Plan". If they say they will 'help you out', DO NOT allow the finance person at the end zoom by the fact that the 'Family Advantage Plan" items are indeed NOT already installed on the vehicle. Make them explain what you are getting for the reduced fee. Also, they gave me the car with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. First time in my history of buying cars that has ever happened. Buyer Beware. More

They assisted me greatly by doing the whole transaction in the parking lot due to COVID. They did end up charging me way more than I had anticipated, but I was in a bind and they knew it.
