This review will turn into 5 stars if we get the spare key and wheel lock key from the previous owner. I don't like the idea of having to pay $400 for a spare key or getting a flat with no way to put the key and wheel lock key from the previous owner. But the positives: I had found the 2018 Dodge Durango Citadel on AutoTrader as the only vehicle within a 100 mile radius that met the specifications on what we were wanting in our next vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke to Nick Blanzole and he confirmed that it was still on the lot. My wife, daughter, and I went down to the dealership, took it for a test drive, and got to signing the papers. Both Nick in sales and Miguel in financing were very professional, knowledgeable, handled the sale well, and did a great job of answering any questions we had. Miguel was even kind enough to put on a cartoon for our daughter so she wasn't getting bored while we signed the financing documents. Top notch customer service, we will be back when it is time for me to upgrade my Ram. More
