Great Service and friendly staff I am always skeptical about taking my car anywhere to get fixed or have an oil change completed. I was welcomed by Justin and he was terrific with explaining everything that I needed to know. He even answered a few questions I had regards to my inside cabin filter that I changed on my own. Justin also saved me money and time because I changed my own wipers and didn’t take off the blade shields from the new purchase. I assumed they were not great blades. I will definitely take my car for future oil changes and maintenance as needed. Lastly, I like how they bring you the filter for you to see for yourself that it needs changing. Keep up the wonderful customer service! See you in the future Justin. More

3 hour wait time Usually I give an amazing review because I know how important it is in customer service. This visit had to be addressed differently. Upon arrival it took 11 minutes for someone to ask the reason for my visit. It took to long that I resulted in just dropping my key in an envelope and walking away just as I was doing so, I was finally helped. Along with the long wait time to be greeted, it took three hours to complete. I know there is always the reason of being extra busy, which is good. But three hours from when they pull my car into a bay until they pulled it out was a little much. I will still bring my vehicle here to give it another shot, but i will be weary of the time of service and greeting on the front drive. More

Got rid of my lit check engine light I went to your dealership because it was the closest to my Marriott resort. While on vacation from Virginia my check engine light came on. I visited your dealership and left my vehicle overnight. I was about to call an Uber when I was offered a ride through your shuttle vehicle. Great service. Your driver Maritza is outstanding. I expected to have to take an Uber back to the dealership the next day but the shuttle service picked me up. Outstanding customer service. My vehicle was ready and I was back on vacation. Unfortunately the check engine light came back on. I went back to your dealership and my problem was corrected. More

Worst experience ever Started of on Monday telling them I was stranded 20hrs from home. They screwed around for 2 days before they got anything going with it. Then couldn’t Started of on Monday telling them I was stranded 20hrs from home. They screwed around for 2 days before they got anything going with it. Then couldn’t figure out how to expedite parts. They left me on hold for over 90min. No one could give me any straight answers about anything. This by far was the worst experience I have ever delt with. Then when they finally finished they washed my car a ripped a cover off my license plate as well as bending my actual plate. And they charged me $300 more than the original estimate. More
