Worst experience ever Started of on Monday telling them I was stranded 20hrs from home. They screwed around for 2 days before they got anything going with it. They left me on hold for over 90min. No one could give me any straight answers about anything. This by far was the worst experience I have ever delt with. Then when they finally finished they washed my car a ripped a cover off my license plate as well as bending my actual plate. And they charged me $300 more than the original estimate. More

Unwelcomed My partner and I have been to this dealership before and we really enjoyed the service the first time-so much so that we reached out to the same agent My partner and I have been to this dealership before and we really enjoyed the service the first time-so much so that we reached out to the same agent to help us again when we came back. This time around was completely different. The sales agent seemed like he was in a complete hurry to get rid of us-even though we were purchasing a car. We were given documents to sign that weren’t filled out and talked down to when we asked any questions. The whole feeling was hurry and sign this and get out. Other employees at the facility kept starring at us with disapproving looks as if we were stealing something. The financial agent referred to us a “buddy” which was inappropriate. We make a combined income of over 100K a year and both have good credit-there was no basis to be treated or regarded the way we were and after the experience we definitely would never set foot in the dealership again even though we did purchase the car.
