No follow up. We purchased a certified used car 1 year old. Although it went through their full inspection it had some issues. Their detailer missed a dent with de We purchased a certified used car 1 year old. Although it went through their full inspection it had some issues. Their detailer missed a dent with deep scretches that we found after the pick up. We have been at the dealership 3 times and have been promised a follow up by the sales guy and by his manager Don. This was 1 week ago. Also during the sale we had to ask twice for the CARFAX to find out this car has some history. The reports from the independent company evaluating the repair was however satisfying but we should have inspected the outside in detail. If you know where the dent is you can find them on the sales pictures as well. More
