We're now having to return a third time for services to be completed because the parts we needed were either not ordered or the wrong parts were delivered. My engine was replaced at this dealership due to the jeep engine recall back in 2021. The car battery has to be replaced twice now due to completely dead battery. I asked them to do a diagnostic test to ch engine recall back in 2021. The car battery has to be replaced twice now due to completely dead battery. I asked them to do a diagnostic test to check if something was not hooked up or wired up correctly when the engine was replaced both times. They called me back later and said yes everything was checked and it is OK. I am convinced that the battery will die again in less than three years. More
