Purchased vehicle and scheduled a delivery cleaning and detail. Cost dealership 400.00 plus. When I picked up the vehicle is was still dirty. Running boards still had black dirt on chrome. Very poor job. I drove over 50 miles to have this done. I was expecting a top notch detail, not a quick wash. I could have done what they did in 20 minutes easily. I just spent my morning cleaning and detailing the interior only. Now I will start on the truck bed and running boards. Then a good wash and wax job. When it comes to customer attention I was dealt with great, but the detail job was very poorly done. I did speak up and was told to speak to so and so and then so and so said to speak to so and so. I did not have the time to complain and did not want to cause issues for the staff at that moment.
