Amazing service it was quick and easy to schedule the appointment once I arrived Keith took care of me. I was in and out faster than the quoted time frame and Keith was beyond helpful I didn’t have to do appointment once I arrived Keith took care of me. We had discussed my brakes being done at my last oil change, it couldn’t be done that day because they did have the back break, i mentioned that I would want it done before taking my Wrangler back to IL change, it couldn’t be done that day because they did have the back break, i mentioned that I would want it done before taking my Wrangler back to IL for the holidays as the weather is much different there with ice and snow, i also mentioned the squeaking (an audible warning that breaks are going). A few days before wanting it to get done i called and made an appointment. Since they are at aprox 25% and the back brake was still out of stock my brakes were not changed. Personally idc if the only upside to getting them this soon is to stop the squeaking…(noone wants to go show off their “new” jeep for the first time back home and have squeaking). Overall wasted time bringing my jeep to this appointment. My grandfather will now being doing my brakes while I am home as he has done all of my work of my cars before I lived in FL. All i have to say is if i ask for new brakes at 50% then they should be ordered and done… More
