Brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation, thought it was rediculous I had to wait four hours for this service ! Would have been nice if my service advisor took time to reply to my text when I thought it was rediculous I had to wait four hours for this service ! I guess the automated text they send, to keep you in the know about how long or how much longer the service will take , is just make it look like they care as I received no response to the two separate text I sent to service advisor. I will only being car back for next oil change since it's complimentary otherwise I will bring to another jeep dealership . More

I made an appointment for oil change at 9 am , I was there at 8:45 am I waited till 11 am then I texted the guy I spoke to earlier that I have work at 11:30 He said it s gonna b ready in few minutes, there at 8:45 am I waited till 11 am then I texted the guy I spoke to earlier that I have work at 11:30 He said it s gonna b ready in few minutes, 11:30 and it wasn’t ready , I texted him back and he brought my truck back and he said you need to reschedule because I don’t have time !!! I didn’t know you have to wait the whole day for oil change!!! Otherwise why do you do appointments if they don’t mean nothing to you !!! They’d waisted my day , my job and ruin will never go there again and I will never buy a dodge !!! More
