I explained some issues and told them and that I was on a family trip. The dealership fixed numerous things on my truck and two days later it was complete. I had to constantly call Shawn (service department)for updates, not once did he ever call me first. I picked up my truck loaded my family and drove 9 hrs home, however on the way home some of the same issues started to reoccur. I promptly took it to my local dodge dealership showed them the paperwork from Orlando, and they gasp at how much they charged for simple work. I had the same work done again for the same issues at my local Dodge shop for half the cost. The part was half the price and the labor cost was half. I called Shawn (service) in Orlando for an explanation, he told me they were busier than normal and had to charge more because the tech had other cars that needed to be worked on. I WAS FURIOUS, what a horrible explanation. I told him that’s unacceptable and I wanted a refund to equal the amount the Greensboro dodge dealership charged me. He then said well actually the price comes from a book, it’s an automated pre calculated price they charge no matter if it’s an hr job or 5 hr job. Again I said that does not explain the amount you charged me. Greensboro total charge was $167.28 total Central Florida total charge was $483.77 total for a left front tire pressure monitoring system sensor. Greensboro part price was $56.70 Central Florida was $179.86 Greensboro labor was $100.00 Central Florida was $303.91 Shawn at Central Florida was absolutely no help he claimed he spoke with his manager but again I had to press him and call him straight for over a week to get a response. I left numerous voicemails and texts. I finally got him on the phone and no surprise, crickets, no explanation no phone call from his manager, nothing. This dealership is as crooked as they come. They totally took advantage of a passing by motorists and laughed all the way. NO MORALS AND ZERO ETHICS. I would go to any other dealership. Do not use these crooks. FYI I only priced out the one part who knows about the other parts and labor cost, those too are probably inflated to their advantage. GREEDY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! If I could post pics I would post my two receipts from both Dealerships comparing the two identical parts and labor cost. Exact same part numbers and exact same locations. Two very different cost. The service department is the worst I have ever seen. My first time I took it there for a routine maintenance and a tire pressure light that won’t go off it was there for a week and I had to bring it back 3 first time I took it there for a routine maintenance and a tire pressure light that won’t go off it was there for a week and I had to bring it back 3 times and it still stayed on after paying hundreds for new sensors that obviously were not needed. Now the oil light comes on only when the vehicle is warmed up and when you are breaking or at a light. When you are driving no light. The told me it was a bad sensor board another $500 and I drove it home. I get 5 miles from the dealer and same thing happens when I brake or stopped. I call and they tell me to bring in tomorrow and they will get me a loaner. My car was in there for four days and I had yet to speak to anyone about my car or what was going on. I texted left several voice mails escalated to a manger and never spoke to a manager until today but the big manager isn’t back until next Wednesday . This manager says it’s the oil pump going to cost $3400 for a 2010 Chrysler 300. I said I was told it was the bad board giving false reading and I jus paid $500 for that. They said that they need led to change the board in order to find out that it was a bad oil pump. If that is what your mechanics think and how you treat your customers I say stay away from Central Florida Chrysler dealership . Of course I did get a call from a sales rep of theirs asking me to confirm that I had a 2010 300 and when I said yes he said he would love to help get me into a new 2020 model and I would never buy from central florida Chrysler deal ship.
