After purchasing our Jeep from an out of state CJD dealership and falling into the eco-diesel lawsuit with our vehicle. Very poor communication and customer service. I dropped off my car before 8AM on a Monday and did not get any calls, I called multiple times and the advisors were clueless about what had been done to my ca off my car before 8AM on a Monday and did not get any calls, I called multiple times and the advisors were clueless about what had been done to my car. Service was not complete on day 1 and I was told I would get a call first thing in the morning on day 2. Day 2 11AM I received no calls, so I called back and finally talked to a helpful person, I asked if they had looked into the “shift light” that wasn’t coming on, I was told that was not communicated. So more wait and no call back, when I called to get informando on for the second time I got the amount for what could be wrong. Finally got a call back aroun 4 PM starting they didn’t have a light bulb, so my option was to get the car and schedule another day or leave it there overnight once again. Day 3 Noon, car finally ready. More
