Cleanest maintenance shop I’ve ever seen!!! I LOVE this dealership, especially their service department!!! It just so happened the Service Manager himself, Jacob Perez took my checkin for my 15, I LOVE this dealership, especially their service department!!! It just so happened the Service Manager himself, Jacob Perez took my checkin for my 15,000 mile service. The service itself was already discounted without needing the coupons I received in the mail from them. I had arrived at lunchtime, so the Service Advisor I spoke with on the phone, Justin Perry was at lunch. It was estimated 2.5 hours for the service and 1.5 hours for the software update for my radio. I actually didn’t know about the radio update which he said I could get another day, but he’d tried to get it done. They started at 1:00 PM on a Saturday and finished at 3:00!!! I had an inexpensive delicious lunch, plus dessert, for $7.00 at their snack bar while watching a movie and a half. This service department as well as the entire dealership are tops in my book!!! More

CF Chrysler is amazing Had my 5000 mile oil change with Gio in service just a week ago. A week later, I get a metal spike or staple in my tire. I get to CF Chrysler, see Gio, and he says "oh yea, we can do that right now, it will take about 2 hours". I had to go to work, so I got air in my tire, and went back the next morning with an appointment. 90 minutes later, I was out of there, for a very reasonable price, and no aggravation. Gio is always accommadating in service. This is my fourth Chrysler 300, and I see no reason to ever go anywhere else. More

I am quite disappointed with my last trip to your dealership. I went in for an oil change, because you had sent me a coupon for a $19.95 oil change I figured that I could also get my truck washed, a dealership. I was told that because my motor is larger- I would have to pay $39.95. Since I wanted the oil changed, I told them to go ahead and change it, along with the wash, and air pressure check. When I was told that the vehicle was done, I paid the bill, went out to my truck. It remained unwashed. I got into the truck and checked the tire pressures. They were exactly the same as when I brought it in. I can only hope that the oil has been changed. I didn’t notice the employees names. More
