Very nice service. Personnel is Very nice. BUT: all that is lost when I was charged 6 quarts of oil when my vehicle takes only 4.5. This happened even though I previously called to make the appointment And was told the wrong overcharging price I had to lookup the oil capacity of my engine to find it was 4.5 quarts. had to speak to the supervisor in order to have him correct the error. Obviously he didn’t. That gives a bad feeling. How many people you do this to that really don’t know the oil capacity of their engine? This led to me being charged a almost 36$ for a coupon with a 19.99 for oil change. And then when I asked for the second time to correct the overcharged price he went back to Invoicing and brought back a 25 something $ invoice saying the coupon covered the oil only but not the shop supplies. This also was an unpleasant experience. Looks like a booby trap you do to everyone. I doubt I will recommend the service. I hate being scammed. More

Was not happy with my last service due to lack of communication. I had to follow up with the service agent a few times. Did not received any paperwork on my vehicle upon leaving and I also asked for communication. I had to follow up with the service agent a few times. I have been to this dealership plenty of times. And for the most part it’s not a headache every time. The service advisors are extremely nice and usually helpful, and most of the employees are pleasant to the most part it’s not a headache every time. They are extremely expensive and take forever to service your vehicle, but they do a good job normally. I brought my vehicle for the 3rd or 4th time in about two years to the dealership because it has been having a problem when idling. After keeping my car for a day they decided they fixed the problem and we could pick it up. The car was having a problem where it would go into limp mode while driving, making it an unsafe and unreliable form of transportation. But nonetheless they said they fixed it so we went to pick it up; within 10 seconds of leaving the dealership the check engine light came on and I brought it straight back to the dealership. They brought it back in the garage and 2 hours later told us they were not going to continue trying to figure out what was wrong with the car unless we paid more money. And this came from the director of service operations himself. He gave us two options: take the car or pay more. And no one knew what was even wrong with the car, it isn’t like they were fixing a problem or replacing parts for me, they were simply just supposed to be helping me find out what is wrong as I am a young female with all these car troubles and I needed help. But nonetheless, it seems this dealership values money over service. More
