CF Chrysler is amazing Had my 5000 mile oil change with Gio in service just a week ago. A week later, I get a metal spike or staple in my tire. I get to CF Chrysler, see Gio, and he says "oh yea, we can do that right now, it will take about 2 hours". I had to go to work, so I got air in my tire, and went back the next morning with an appointment. 90 minutes later, I was out of there, for a very reasonable price, and no aggravation. Gio is always accommadating in service. This is my fourth Chrysler 300, and I see no reason to ever go anywhere else. More

Misleading My visit was misleading and very disappointing. I have a coupon for an oil change and the price was $9.95. I spoke with the reservation clerk who told My visit was misleading and very disappointing. I have a coupon for an oil change and the price was $9.95. I spoke with the reservation clerk who told me that the coupon would be honored and if I wanted an upgrade on the oil it would be more. I chose not to receive the upgrade and just have them to honor the coupon price. When I arrived at my appointment and checked in I was told that they didn't keep conventional oil at the location and I would I to purchase the more expensive brand of oil. I wasn't given this information that location doesn't carry the conventional oil until I arrived the day of my appoint. I was then told that the cost would be $ 24.95, by the end of the visit my cost was $54.00. I refused to pay that amount and told the clerk that I have a coupon for $9.95 but I had to upgrade for $24.99. I explained my frustration with him on how misleading the coupon is and how it doesn't state that the locations don't have the conventional oil and the reservation clerk never notify me before the appointment. There are no disclaimers or warning that the location may or may not carrier a certain brand of oil. This is misleading to the consumer causing a person to pay more than what they had expected to pay in the beginning. The final cost of my oil change was $34.95. no where near $9.95. More
