An incredible 4 hours oil change! Came in around 11:00 am for the 1st oil change of my 5k miles old 300. At 11:23 am received a text from the dealer telling me can use the link for upd Came in around 11:00 am for the 1st oil change of my 5k miles old 300. At 11:23 am received a text from the dealer telling me can use the link for updates. Knew nothing else. At 2:03 pm decided to send text to know about it. No answer. At 3:00 decided to stand from where I was and ask the “advisor” Danny as no one had the courtesy to let me know why an oil change has gone so far. Something broke and we have to take it inside... pure bs if I don’t get up I would have still been there, because 1/2 hr later the car was completed. I finally got out at 4:00 pm a total waste of my time and a disrespect for my time too. Never go back there not even to claim my 2nd “ free oil change” . I have bough all my cars in the dealer since 2017 but no more. Thank you for nothing! More

The first appointment I was told their window tinter quit. I live about 25 miles away so more than a minor inconvenience and waste of time. On my second visit for the tint. It was completed quickly. I discovered the next morning the rear defrost top three lines no longer worked. I would have to have gone a 3rd time. This time to replace the back window. I ended up trading in my car at another dealership so they got off the hook for replacement of the back windshield. More

Awesome repair service My service technician Shawn is awesome. My vehicle needed a part that was on back order. The approximate time frame they gave me in which they would My service technician Shawn is awesome. My vehicle needed a part that was on back order. The approximate time frame they gave me in which they would have the part was 30 days. Shawn worked diligently in making sure I was taking care of before the estimated time of arrival (30 days). One week later he called me to inform me that the part was in and scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle back in tip top shape. Needless to say I AM a satisfied customer.
