Oil change and battery check I had an appointment for 830 for oil change, a part was recalled, and the auto start/stop wasn't working. When I got there I was greeted briefly by so I had an appointment for 830 for oil change, a part was recalled, and the auto start/stop wasn't working. When I got there I was greeted briefly by someone who had Ray come over and check me in. I explained my issue and he thought it was battery related so he would do a battery check. The repairs took about 6 hours sick seems a bit long for what ended up being tire rotation, oil change, and 2 battery replacements. The recalled part wasn't available so it would have to wait for another time. Ray was helpful and professional offering great customer service. More

I did set an appointment and brought the vehicle in. When I brought the vehicle in I was promptly greeted by Ray the service advisor, he explained what the recalls were about, he gave me an estimated time for completion, I waited for the vehicle, the work was completed on time.
