Buy a car here, don’t get service! I went in to get a part fixed on my vehicle. I pulled up and no one was outside to greet me or take my vehicle. I waited 5 minutes and went inside to I went in to get a part fixed on my vehicle. I pulled up and no one was outside to greet me or take my vehicle. I waited 5 minutes and went inside to find a service advisor. No one was approachable, so I went back outside. A few moment later a porter pulled up and asked what was wrong with my vehicle. He said I needed to speak with Mark. I was escorted to his office. This was just a long process just to find someone. I do appreciate Mark helping me out. Fail who I purchased the car from was amazing! I’m thankful he pointed me in the right direction. After this Jeep purchase I’ll be a lifelong customer because of him! Thank you Adil More

2008 Jeep Problem resolved Shawn was so attentive! Our Jeep was having issues so we took it in to the dealer. Shawn found our warranty, he was persistent until he had the whole Shawn was so attentive! Our Jeep was having issues so we took it in to the dealer. Shawn found our warranty, he was persistent until he had the whole warranty thing straightened out for us. We really appreciate how easy he is to work with and how he took care of us. He put the warranty back into the system as it should be and then he gave us a rental car until our Jeep could be fixed. We dropped off the Jeep late Friday night and on Tuesday we picked it up and it is working perfectly. Thanks for all your help Shawn and the entire service department Julie C More

Great service Department BUT NEVER BUY A DODGE CHRYSLER This by far is the best service department I have been to. If Chrysler would care about the customers as much as they do of money, I would have bought This by far is the best service department I have been to. If Chrysler would care about the customers as much as they do of money, I would have bought another truck from them after Lemon lawing my 2016 Rebel. I would NEVER buy another Dodge Truck or Chrysler product again. That is a true shame because I loved the looks of the Ram Rebel that I ordered. The transmission had to be replaced and the electronic steering system had to be replaced not once but 3 times. With all this Chrysler was treating me like crap and all I wanted at the beginning was a even swap for another truck that didn’t have these issues. Chrysler told me no we will fix. Well 3 months later and extensive time traveling back-and-forth from Tampa to Orlando I was able to proceed with the lemon law. DO NOT BUY A DODGE/CHRYSLER PRODUCT. More
