If this dealership has a quality control program, they clearly do not use it. Our brand new car (with less than 50 miles) has already been in the shop where they had to remove the bumpers to fix a "known clearly do not use it. So we had the car for less than a week before something had to be fixed at the dealership. In my opinion, the car should have been throughly checked out and cleaned before it was available for sale. When we 1st got the car, they brought the car up from the back lot and "got it ready" while we waited only for us to have to bring it back the next day for the "detail" service that they didn't complete the sale day. So we took the car back to the dealership the next day for the "detailed cleaning" only to get it back in about the same condition that we dropped it off in after they had it for a full day. The windshield and windows were not cleaned or wiped down and we're super foggy even after we got it back from the "detailed " cleaning. For the above mentioned service issue, we brought it back to the dealership on a Saturday and were told that they didn't have a tech to look at it and to bring it back on Monday. When we brought it back on Monday they didn't have an appointment for us or a loaner car as anticipated and they weren't even able to get to look at the car on Monday so we had to go without a car for 2 days before it was fixed late in the day on Tuesday. All in all the whole dealership experience could have been so very different if a quality check was completed before the car made it out the door. More
I’ve been turned away from Clay Cooley Volkswagen for an issue from the CDJR Arlington CLAY store and Jacob here at Kia took care of everything for me. He contacted the dealership five times in the matter o issue from the CDJR Arlington CLAY store and Jacob here at Kia took care of everything for me. He contacted the dealership five times in the matter of five minutes and was not taking voicemail for an answer. He finally got a hold of someone who was able to activate my warranty coverage and got my vehicle serviced. I was having a crap day after finding out my grandfather has cancer and Jacob took one problem off my shoulders with getting my vehicle checked in. The only complaint I have is in the system it says my name is “Allen” when my name is Alexander. Other than that everyone in service that interacted with including Kelly was fantastic! Definitely will be bringing my car in for its oil changes to the Kia store so they can get the credit and payment from the warranty company. Being turned away from one store in Richardson and already having issues with the Arlington CDJR store when I bought the car is just so unacceptable for being a clay cooley store but Clay Cooley Kia is on top of it and I couldn’t be anymore pleased. I do wish I would’ve gotten a car wash email or a detail on the inside like others were but the customer service and Jacob taking the time out of his day to ensure I wasn’t turned away from another store was absolutely the cherry on top.
