I received a form letter from Shad West, the Sales Manager asking about my experience at the dealership and I called and told him the above and he was impolite, curt and unwilling at this point to do anything to help me even though I have purchased 5 cars from Central Maine Motors. Moral of the story, just because you are a loyal customer does not make you a friend. More

No joke FANTASTIC! NEVER felt pressured into buying, yet was treated with respect, kindness, and most im NEVER felt pressured into buying, yet was treated with respect, kindness, and most important PATIENCE! I read others well and can assure you I was never made to feel unwelcome or that I was a bother. (I tend to change my mind frequently! lol) Was able to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and all though I still had a HUGE loan and shady credit they were able to get me into a BRAND NEW car!
